6 Immune Boosting Drinks You Must Try

1 Tablespoons Ginger

1 Teaspoons of peppercorns

3 Garlic cloves

A few coriander leaves

A little oil

1 Teaspoons of mustard

2 Dried chili pods

A little curry

1 Chopped Tomato

1/4 teaspoon of turmeric

Salt to taste

1 Cup of tamarind juice

Method

Finely grind the ginger, peppercorns, garlic and coriander leaves.

Put mustard seeds, chopped dried chilies and curry leaves in a pan and fry. Then add the masala paste to it.

Stir well and add chopped tomatoes, egg yolks, salt and pepper. Stir well and add the tamarind juice.

Add 4 cups of water, stir and simmer for 8 minutes. Put some chopped coriander leaves on top. Turn off the stove a little.

#3. Mint tea

Ingredients :

A few mint leaves

A piece of cinnamon bark

1/2 teaspoon of cloves

1/2 teaspoon of peppercorns

4 Cardamom seeds

Method

Add mint leaves, cinnamon, cloves, peppercorns and cardamom to the mortar and grind well.

Put 5 cups of water in a pan and put this mixture on the stove and stir. When it boils, please put it back on the stove and drink it.

#4. Turmeric Milk

Ingredients :

2 cups of milk

1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric

1/2 Teaspoon of peppermint

1 Teaspoon of coconut oil (not essential)

A small piece of cinnamon

1 Teaspoons of chopped ginger

1 Teaspoons of honey or maple syrup

Method

Put some milk in the pan and put it on the stove. Add turmeric powder, peppercorns, cinnamon sticks, ginger and oil. Mix everything well. Spoon until well boiled, turn off the stove and melt the honey. Take it back to drink.

#5. Carrot ginger soup

Ingredients :

2 Teaspoons of chopped ginger

A little butter

2 Sliced onions

2 Carrots cut into small pieces

Salt

Method

Put some butter in a pan and add some ginger. Fry well and add some onions. Stir in the carrots. Stir well and add 2 cups of water. Add salt to taste, cover and bring to a boil. When the carrots are well boiled, turn them over, separate the water and blend the pieces. Now put this puree in a pan and add some of the reserved water. Let it sit for a while and add salt and pepper to taste.

#6. Turmeric Ginger Tea

Ingredients :

A little bit of sliced ​​ginger

A little bit of cinnamon bark

1/2 Teaspoon of cloves

5 Cardamom seeds

1 Teaspoons of peppercorns

1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric

1 Teaspoons of crushed jaggery

Put everything except the yolks and jaggery in a pod and chop well.
Put 4 cups of water in a pan and put this mixture on the stove. Add turmeric and jaggery. Then stir well and strain. Take it back to drink.
